It was a hard task for me to gift something precious to a beloved friend of mine for her wedding. After all, my love for her could not be sufficed by diamonds or the yellow bullion. I wanted to gift her that would make her feel my wishes for the new couple, the warmth that they rule over my heart. At such a time, finding for an appropriate token of love, I was fishing through the net space for any probable fluke. It was purely by chance that my eyes hooked onto a classy option of Indian contemporary Art.

I was mesmerized by theconnect that they instantly made with me. This is surely priceless and of more value than any materialistic thing ever. Imagine the intangible treasure which can only be treasured with the emotions one carries. On further nudging in the Internet, it was a pleasant experience to view the vast repository of Indian Contemporary Art holds for all of us. The online portals inexplicably cater to the numerous feelings of art and the best of the artists of India have expressed through the best of their means.

Be it RamkinkarBaij or AnjolieElaMenon or Amrita Shergill or the renowned M.F Hussain, all it is just a click away and the authenticity of the artworks are pretty much convincing. Moreover, it has ranges and masterpieces of different tastes. So where Francis Newton Souza celebrates the ugliness ,raja Ravi Verma barely delineates real life from his canvas. Such is the simplicity in the web portals that each art work has been aptly described in view of the artists thought.

When I received the art work at my doorstep, I couldn't resist but to behold the art for a good few minutes. Such was the charm that it is impossible to express. I felt happy thinking of the message that the art work would carry to the new happy couple. It was truly a feeling to be cherished for life long and just the feeling was priceless to gift such a piece of art. This made me  promise to myself to at least visit or contact for Indian Art painting. I even wish to shoot a documentary with an artist as my subject.

This is certainly to thank the great father of this art form, the legendary AbanindraNath Tagore who pioneered this in the country. Today, as much I delve deeper into the Indian Contemporary Art I feel that what could not be ever expressed through the means of words is  so easily communicated by these art pieces. Salute to those artists who can make it possible to portray the inexpressible. The spark I saw in my friend's eyes cannot be measured to any amount of happiness that I could have possibly given her. Today, when the frame adorns her family room, the people visiting her abode ask me to contact for Indian Art Painting. Apart from anything else, I thank the web portals for brimming me with the happiness that no one could share for the beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.
